• Late Rent Fee: $50.00  - Charged when rent is received after 4 pm on the 5th of the month. Due in the same month it is charged.
• NSF or Return Cheque Fee: $40.00  - Charged for a cheque returned by the bank for any reason.
• Smoke Detector Tampering Fee: $150.00 - Charged when, upon inspection, it appears the smoke alarm batteries have been removed or tampered with.
• Key Lost Fee: $200.00 - Charged for each lost key or not returned upon termination of the tenancy. Does not include the replacement cost of the lost key.
• Admin Fee: $100.00 - Charged for each change required on your lease agreement, such as adding or removing a person or pet, or changes to lease renewals.
• Missed Appointment Fee: $75.00 - Charged when you miss a pre-scheduled appointment with any technician or maintenance person. To avoid this fee, inform us 24 hours in advance if you cannot make a scheduled appointment.
• Failure to Prepare for Pest Treatment: $200 - Charged each time the unit is not prepared or ready for pest treatment. 
• Lease Break Up Fee  - Refer to the lease agreement for details on fees associated with breaking the lease before the end of the term
