This year is a special one for us at Davies Property Management — we’re celebrating 40 years of taking care of Edmonton’s rental properties! It’s hard to believe how far we’ve come since starting in 1984, and we couldn’t have done it without the trust and support of our amazing clients and the community.

From day one, our goal has been simple: to give property owners peace of mind, knowing their investments are in good hands. Over the years, we've grown, learned, and built strong relationships, all while staying true to that mission. We've had the pleasure of working with so many fantastic landlords and tenants, and it’s these connections that have truly made our journey worthwhile.

We’ve shared in your successes, helped solve challenges, and worked through the ups and downs of the rental market together. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to being there for you, whether it’s making sure your property is well-maintained or finding the perfect tenants to call it home.
